1. Who we are
Rush Hour P2P (the "Service") is operated by [ENTITY NAME], a [ENTITY TYPE] organized under the laws of [JURISDICTION] ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
- You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of any Restricted Region (see our Restricted Regions page).
- You must not be sanctioned by, or acting on behalf of any party sanctioned by, OFAC, UN, EU, UK HMT, or any other applicable authority.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before trading. See our AML/KYC Policy.
3. Nature of the Service
Rush Hour P2P is a compliance-first, custodial peer-to-peer marketplace. When a trade is opened, the seller's crypto is held in a Service-controlled escrow wallet until settlement conditions are met or a dispute is resolved.
4. Fees
A platform fee of 6% is deducted from each completed trade. Blockchain network fees may apply separately when depositing or withdrawing crypto. Fees may change with reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to: launder proceeds of crime; finance terrorism; evade sanctions or taxes; conduct or facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or scams; process payments for illegal goods or services; or misrepresent your identity, source of funds, or counterparties.
6. Disputes
If a trade cannot be settled amicably, either party may open a dispute. Our compliance team will review chat history, payment proof, and audit logs, and may release escrow to either party or refund it. Decisions are final absent manifest error.
7. Custody & risk
Crypto assets are volatile and transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. We take reasonable operational and security measures but do not guarantee against loss. See our Risk Disclosure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or crypto assets, arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, including for suspected fraud, sanctions exposure, incomplete KYC, or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [VENUE], unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
